Dr. Paskaria Maria Tombi, S.H., M.H.

Paska, a seasoned law attorney, is actively involved in litigation. Her extensive experience spans across a wide range of legal areas, including commercial law, civil law, family law, criminal law, general election law, intellectual property rights (IP), insolvency and bankruptcy litigation, and arbitration.

In her civil and commercial law practice, she has been appointed by private entities, medium to large-scale corporations, and banks to provide advice and represent them at the courts within Indonesia’s jurisdiction.

In her criminal law practice, she acts for complainants and defends accused persons. She has acted for IP owner in IP Enforcement – leading to criminal raids and negotiated favorable settlement.

In her general election law practice, Paska has been a figure in representing the most significant political party in Indonesia. Her involvement in presidential, legislative, and regional head elections, both as the Applicant and the Related Party within the Indonesian Constitutional Court, underscores her influence and impact in the field.

At Suryomurcito & Co., Paska has been instrumental in carrying out criminal enforcement in various far-flung regions of Indonesia. Her in-depth knowledge of general corporate matters has been particularly valuable, as she has successfully set up new client companies that involved domestic and foreign shares and executed any of the corporate actions. Her ability to arrange all the related permits and assist the new company to be able to operate instills a sense of security in her clients.
