Dr. Paskaria Maria Tombi, S.H., M.H.

Paskaria, a qualified law attorney is active in litigation with extensive experience in Criminal, Civil Law, General Election Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IP) and Bankruptcy litigation. In her civil & commercial law practice, she has been appointed by private entities, medium to large scale corporations and also banks to provide advice and also to represent them at the court within Indonesian jurisdiction, while in her criminal law practice, she acts for complainants and defending accused persons. She has acted for IP owner in IP Enforcement –leading to criminal raids and negotiated favourable settlement. She has carried out criminal enforcement in various far-flung regions of Indonesia’s associate law firm, Suryomurcito & Co.

Paskaria is also a Receiver in Bankruptcy and active as a member of Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Associations.

Paskaria has completed the doctoral program at Jayabaya University, and obtained her LL.B at Padjadjaran University and Master in Laws (International Trade) from University of Indonesia. Paskaria is a 9-handicap in golf with keen interest in water sports and outdoor activities.
